In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, the following information will be retained for the specified period for the following reasons:

- Retention period: Until withdrawal of membership
5. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows:
- Destruction procedure: The personal information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (in the case of paper, a separate document box) and stored for a certain period of time before being destroyed according to internal policies and other related laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the record.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the customer, except as follows:

7. Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them
Users and legal representatives may exercise their right to view or modify their personal information at any time, and may request the withdrawal of their membership. To view or modify personal information, click the 'Edit Profile' menu after logging in, or contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company will take necessary measures without delay.
If a user requests correction of an error in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party of the correction without delay and ensure that the correction is made.
The Company handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative in accordance with the retention and use period of personal information collected by the Company and cannot be accessed or used for any other purpose.
